Armed with a Master of Business Analytics and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Jen blends analytical depth with human-centered design to drive change that sticks. From reimagining shared services to automating workflows with tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Salesforce, she empowers cross-functional teams to solve the right problems—and solve them well.
